What is Motability? The Motability Scheme is a government-backed initiative designed to help those with a disability maintain a high level of independence. In exchange for your relevant mobility allowance, you will be able to lease a brand new vehicle from the likes of ŠKODA and Volkswagen, with road tax, breakdown cover, servicing, insurance and more all included. What’s more, should you require any adaptations to be made to the vehicle, these will be completed free of charge.

● Enhanced Rate Mobility Component of the Personal Independence Payment
● Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance
● War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement
● Armed Forces Independence Payment

In addition, parents of those receiving the allowance will be able to apply on their behalf.
