The buying process for an ID model has changed...
Volkswagen UK are making some changes to the way our 100% electric vehicles are sold.
Customers will buy direct from Volkswagen UK (via our retailers, in this instance our team at Des Winks, who act as our Agents), giving them confidence that the price they see on the website is the same as the price they will be charged in their chosen retailer, wherever they are in the UK. We may of course continue to run promotions or provide discounts such as this offer.
This means when you buy an ID model your contract of sale for the vehicle will be with Volkswagen UK. The retailer as an agent will still be there to help customers with specialist product knowledge and advice ensuring they buy the right car for them and their lifestyle. And of course, the retailer will be on hand to deliver the same expert servicing and maintenance they do today.
