Unveiled at the International Motor Show 2018 in Geneva the new Fabia Facelift is now available in our showroom at Des Winks for 68 Plate delivery.
The new-look FABIA is now offered with offers LED lights front and rear along with a wider choice of alloy wheels including 18-inch rims for the hatchback. On the inside, the re-designed instrument cluster, new trim strips for the dashboard and two-tone finishes for the seats revitalise the interior.
FABIA facelift gets a choice of four petrol drivetrains* - two MPI and two TSI. The MPI engines produce outputs of 60 hp and 75 hp respectively, while the two TSI drivetrains feature direct petrol injection, generating 95 and 110 hp respectively. Both TSI engines are fitted with a petrol particulate filter and the most powerful of the quartet of engines can be specified with an optional seven-speed DSG gearbox.
New Blind Spot Detection alerts the driver to the presence of vehicles in the blind spot or approaching rapidly from behind when driving on multi-lane highways. The Rear Traffic Alert system monitors what is going on behind the vehicle and warns of a risk of collision when reversing. Light Assist automatically switches to low beam as soon as the system detects oncoming traffic or vehicles ahead.
The ‘Swing’ infotainment system now offers a 6.5-inch display and also allows drivers to use the full range of mobile online services from ŠKODA Connect. When equipped with the ’Amundsen’ navigation system, the re-worked FABIA can offer Online Traffic Information with real-time traffic updates.
Innovative SmartLink+ technology makes it possible to enjoy all the benefits of the Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, MirrorLinkTM and SmartGate systems.
The much-loved ice scraper in the fuel filler flap now incorporates a tyre tread depth gauge. The car can also be equipped with rear-seat USB ports and an optional double-sided boot mat. The side compartment in the boot now features a portable LED flashlight.
