We have a team of highly qualified Volkswagen & Skoda technicians and all our work is guaranteed. We only use genuine VWG parts which have a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty.

How can I tell when my vehicle needs a service?

If your vehicle is on a Flexible servicing regime, the service light on the instrument panel will illuminate when it’s time to get a service. For vehicles set on a Fixed Service regime, this will typically be around every 12 months or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first.

How is my servicing recorded?

All servicing is now recorded digitally (however we are happy to stamp your service book) and the Volkswagen and Skoda network can provide this for you anytime and in a printed format.

Do you offer a collection and drop off service?

Yes, we offer a collection and drop off service to your home or place of work (this is at our discretion based on your location)

Do you have courtesy cars available and how much are they?

Yes, we offer courtesy cars at no extra charge, all we ask is that you replace the fuel that you use.

Do you service Hybrid and Electric vehicles?
